Ingredients
1 cup Frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
1 Banana
1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- 1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients : – Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.– Rinse the berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) and drain them.– Get the yogurt and honey ready2️⃣ Blend the mango smoothie :– In a blender, add half of the yogurt, half of the honey, and the mango pieces.– Blend until smooth.– Pour it into a glass, tilting slightly to create a gradient effect.3️⃣ Blend the berry smoothie :– Rinse the blender and add the remaining yogurt, honey, and berries.– Blend until smooth.– Slowly pour over the mango smoothie to maintain the layered effect.4️⃣ Serve and enjoy :– Garnish with some fresh fruit and ice cubes.– Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing, vitamin-packed smoothie!
