Fluffy Pancakes with Caramel & Berries

Ingredients
  

1 ½ cups All-purpose flour (Sifted)

1 tbsp Baking powder

2 tbsp Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

1 ¼ cups Milk (Warmed)

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 large Egg (Beaten)

2 tbsp Butter (Melted)

Toppings

1/2 cup Caramel sauce (Warmed)

1 cup Mixed berries (Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, mix milk, vanilla extract, egg, and melted butter.

      Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.

        Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease lightly.

          Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface.

            Flip the pancake and cook for another minute until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

              Stack the pancakes on a plate, drizzle with warm caramel sauce, and top with fresh berries.

                Serve immediately and enjoy!
