Ingredients
  

1 cup Frozen mango chunks

1/2 cup Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)

1 Banana

1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 Tablespoon honey (optional)

1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients :
    - Peel and chop the mango into small pieces.
    - Rinse the berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries) and drain them.
    - Get the yogurt and honey ready
    2️⃣ Blend the mango smoothie :
    - In a blender, add half of the yogurt, half of the honey, and the mango pieces.
    - Blend until smooth.
    - Pour it into a glass, tilting slightly to create a gradient effect.
    3️⃣ Blend the berry smoothie :
    - Rinse the blender and add the remaining yogurt, honey, and berries.
    - Blend until smooth.
    - Slowly pour over the mango smoothie to maintain the layered effect.
    4️⃣ Serve and enjoy :
    - Garnish with some fresh fruit and ice cubes.
    - Serve immediately and enjoy a refreshing, vitamin-packed smoothie!
